GNU indent 1.5 dumps core with `-ts0'

On a Sun 4 running SunOS 4.1.1, I got a `floating exception' when I set the
`-ts0' option. I was hoping that would defeat the use of tabs altogether.
Whatever the interpretation, it should not dump core.

The traceback led to an inline function in dump_line() at io.c, line 244.
