🚀 go-pugleaf

I found cpio can be used to copy devices, but I found that if a
device had multiple links, it was not restored as such, but as
separate files.   This is also true for named pipes.

My system is the AT&T 3b1, running system V (about release 2).
Enclosed is a typescript using names pipes.
