🚀 go-pugleaf

I got a clean configure but a large number of warnings in my make;
both are included below.

In particular, it seems that configure should be checking for the
existence of bison vs. yacc -- we have /usr/bin/yacc but not bison.

Also, there were many macro redefinition warnings.
