My fiance and I just rented a house in Takoma Park. The upstairs has a bedroom, full bathroom, and a little sitting room. It's quite private from the rest of the house. The house is located near Rock Creek park, and near the Takoma metro stop. It has a washer/dryer, large backyard, screened in back porch, unfinished basement (lots of storage), fireplace, wood floors. We're looking for someone clean and quiet to take the top floor. If you smoke that's OK as long as you don't do it in the rest of the house. No pets, sorry. You gotta wash your own dishes and be neat in the shared areas of the house - you can be a big slob upstairs though.
