  Drive yourself crazy in the Chester Legion's first Car Rally. The next
Generation Committee of the Chester Legion and the Bluenose Autosport Club
are jointly sponsoring the rally on Saturday, June 7, 1997. All you need
isa driver, a navigator(although you can take others in the car if you 
wish)
and a car. It is recommended that participants bring the following: 
pencil,
paper, digital watch, clip board and a calculator.

  Teams must be there at 12:30 pm to register and to complete waiver 
forms.
The rally begins at 1:00 pm and finishes around 5:00 pm. Cost is $15.00 
per
car if you register and pay before Wednesday June 4(includes 2 meal 
tickets).
After June 4 the cost is $18.00 per car. A bowl of chowder is included 
with
you registration fee and will be served following the rally.

  A review of rally rules, safety rules, instructions about the course,
scoring, how to do odometer checks, etc. will be covered before the rally
begins. Prizes will be presented following the last car finishing and will
include 1st, 2nd, 3rd, last and several fun categories. Everyone welcome!

902-275-3315. You can register at 12:30 pm on the day of the event 
providing
there is still room, however, we encourage pre-registration to guarantee
your spot and so we know how many meals too prepare for, and beside its
cheaper.
