          $10.00 - Novice, per vehicle.

Rules :  This is a Regional navigational (tsd) rally and will be held 
         under the General Competition Rules of the Bluenose Autosport 
         Club, the Atlantic Region Motor Sports Inc. and the Canadian 
         Association of Rally Sport.
         
Description : This event is a Regional Navex Rally, over Paved and Good
              Gravel Roads. Speeds brisk at times but below posted limits. 
     
              All of the route can be found on Topograph maps 21 H1, 21 
A16,
              11E4 and 11D13. You will visit Windsor, Avonport, Grand Pre,
              Gaspereau and Greenfield. Leg 2 will visit Brooklyn, Rawdon,
              Gore, Noel Road and Stanley.
               Leg 2 will be run in the "Selective" style, putting the
              majority of the work on the driver.

              The Route will be scenic, not a car breaker.

Eligibility : 1/ Vehicles must be Licensed and Insured,
              2/ Vehicles must be Road Worthy and Safe,
              3/ Vehicles must possess a valid Motor Vehicle Inspection if
                 required by Province of registration,
              4/ Regional Competitors must possess a Basic Competition
                 Licence, included in "ARMS" Club registration,
              5/ Drivers must possess a valid Drivers Licence,
              ** Note - Crew members must sign a CARS/ASN CANADA/FIA rally
                        waiver at registration before the start of the 
rally
                        or risk disqualification.**
