Yeah, but we're talking about spam, here. 8 years isn't nearly enough. He should get 10 years, plus a $2,500,000 fine, as well as having a very powerful magnet installed in his skull, so any time he gets near a computer it fritzes out, so he can never do that again. Make an example of him, and do the same for anyone else who tries it. Eventually, people will stop trying to spam and we'll have tons more bandwidth available for use. :P
