Eventually, people > will stop trying to spam and we'll have tons more bandwidth available > for use. :P Not sure about the magnet, but the fine I think should be 75-100% of the profit made during the commission of the crime and yes a higher jail term would be better too, but honestly, nothing short of corporal punishment should be accepted.
