I see you point now. But I think a confidence vote is more suitable
here. His attitude towards Provisional Legislature is very clear in firm
at the election day. He must take his promise to do some action against
Provisional Legislature. If we hold a referudum and turnout is he should
not keep his election promise, it is an INSULT to Mr. Cheung and Sezto.
So a confidence vote is much apropriate here. What I means is there is
only 'confidence' and 'not confidence', no so-called neutral point. Even
if the turnout is 'not confidence', Mr. Cheung still can keep his
promise because he is no longer is office bearer then.

It is why PTU Exco should make rapid decision, instead of waiting an
referudum. I think Mr. Cheung is brave enough, and I don't expect he and
Mr. Sezto fight the police. (their sum of age exceed 100!)
