I tend to believe it's unnecessary because what they did complies with

Yes. Teachers should always give the sense of right and wrong to 
students. Those who support 'Temporary Legislative Council' will simply
destroy the real properity and stability.

If the community (or precisely the 'secretarial office') allows their 
present, I'm really disappointed (with my own prediction). It's just a 
show in camera after all.
