  Actually, accourding to some sources I interviewed for a paper on this,
ALL of the functions currently on our IBM mf will be moved including 
academic and administrative stuff.  Of course, insert your standard
disclaimer here as all this is totally unofficial and still in the
planning stages.  Nobody really knows whats going to happen, if anything.
