Eh, no. You are confusing Europeans with Germans. Germany is the last bastion
of smoking; during a month's stay there I most certainly inhaled more smoke
than I'd done in the close to 30 years before, living in Sweden.

And FYI, in Sweden we do not allow tobacco ads (unlike Germany where they were
all over the place, telling you how good and healthy smoking is).
