I would normally suggest Fragrant Vegetable on Wilshire near Barrington.
But, is it still around?  

I went to the Fragrant Vegetalbe in Monterey Park yesterday and discovered
that it was closed down.  What a pity!  Although this one stopped serving
exclusive vegetarian food a while ago, their dishes were much more flavorful
that the one in the westside.
