But when I do go to the "country", during the season, I do buy what I can because it tastes better it's certainly NO cheaper buying it in the field. Do I care about the "real craft of farming"....No, but I do care who CONTROLS the food supply. Just as you care about WHO controls our petroleum energy supply. Remember it's as EASY for the farmer to sell to the "chain store" as it is for me to buy from them. Why don't the craftsmen of farming learn the craft of distribution and cut out the middlemen?
