Where was this?  And are you _sure_ it was _just_ because they took a
wrong turn?  Sounds like the other story, in which that little girl was
killed north of downtown.  But in that case, it turns out that the guy who
was driving had lived in the neighborhood (within a mile or two) for about
two years, and both the driver and uncle (passenger) had priors for drug
possesion- sounds like they knew where they were and maybe were trying to
get a free ride from the drug dealers.  But that wasn't covered in the
times or in any TV newscast.
