I agree with everything.  I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB.  Do so
yourself!  The number is 213-251-9696.  It's free by mail, or costs like
$2.95 via phone.
 
I find the fact that he did not give 30 day notice, as per the contract that
all users signed.  
 
So which ISP's are the best? Netcom? Primenet? Eeeeeengliiish?
