Yup... more confirmation of what I have already suspected.  Kaiwan has
been doing things on the cheap for years now.  "Maybe Kaiwan not for
you" seems typical of the customer stories I've heard.  Certainly,
they don't seem to have anyone down there who speaks English well.  (I
usually don't judge people by this yardstick, but in a business where
you have to deal with all manner of customers in a day, they really
come up short here.)  The people who regularly grouch about Netcom
should check this out if they want to see an example of truly
egregious service.
