You're far too kind by posting exactly what happened, but thanks for 
telling it like is on behalf of all other shipwrecked Kaiwan users
who hath just experienced the winner of the Worst Customer Service Award
Winner for an ISP:  Kaiwan.

Breached contracts by the management of Kaiwan?  Broken promises?  Greed?
Perhaps.  Perhaps that's what is keeping the "hobby" going.  Now they've
(Kaiwan Management) just moved into a new office so they decide to
christen the new location by shattering the very bond we, the loyal users
of Kaiwan have had.  We've suffered much through thick and thin while
hoping that the "little provider that could" ... would..do well despite 
all the technical problems and the blasphemous godspeed. But no...  this 
dream has turned into a nightmare for those who have supported the cause.
Now it is but a slap in the face...  Kaiwan has started to burn the
bridges and forget those who have been at her side for every **host is 
unavailable** and every random disconnect.
 
So this is how they show their appreciation!  This how they thank you!  They 
take money from your hand while spitting at you when you've given them 
your hard earned money and...trust.  I say this is WRONG.  We shall
find a new provider that doesn't offer a hollow promise and a history of
being a backstabber.  Let it be known that a provider must not
abuse its users like Kaiwan has... or they shall face the endless wrath
of anger, complaints, and calls to the Better Business Bureau.

Let us no longer debate whether or not what is wrong... let us merely
vote with our presence to other providers.  
 
Beware of Kaiwan!!!!  Caveat Emptor!!!!
