The issue is NOT "insurgents" getting them. The "insurgents" (read
IRANIANS and Syrians etc) were not running Iraq in 2003.

Actually Saddam's army had those things in 2003. TRY to pull your head
out of your ass and deal with WHEN the statements about WMD were made in
2003.
