Khrushchev was NOT at the head of the USSR at the time of Korea. That
was Joe Stalin. The point is that there was no real direct engagement
between the US and USSR while Nikki was in charge. The closest there was,
was the Cuban Missile crisis.
So YEAH I'm sure he didn't. If he had we'd be communicating by writing on
rocks right now.
