	Do you have any fucking clue at all that if someone calls my
unlisted number, there is no grounds for either civil nor criminal

	You exactly have said it, over and over again.

	CHew on this one - it's not about phone **SERVICE**, if you
prefer, look at it as use of MY PHONE !!!!

	Now, by definition, when some tele-asshole calls me, they are
using MY PROPERTY, MY PHONE , MY ANSWERING MACHINE, MY PHYSICAL
OBJECTS I PAID FOR without my permission.  They are not merely useing
some network, some service ( although they are abusing a service I
PAID FOR ), they are using MY PERSONAL PHYSICAL PROPERTY WITHOUT
PERMISSION !

	They may have the right to drive up on a public road, but NOT
TO SET FOOT ON MY DRIVEWAY IF I SAY NOT TO !
