Independent National Mortgage Corporation (INMC) is a private label
mortgage backed securities issuer located in Pasadena, CA. INMC was the
largest issuer in first quarter of 1995. We have been very successful
since 1993 when we became an active conduit. We buy jumbo and
non-conforming loans from mortgage bankers and financial institutions
spread throughout the country, credit enhance and sell the pools to a
myriad of Wall Street firms. We transact most of our business with our
counterparties using telephones, paper files or faxes. We currently have
a client-server based system developed using Visual Basic and SQL
Server. We would like to make a derivative of that system available to
our counterparties so that they can enter their own transactions, get an
upto status on the loans pending with us. We are evaluating different
communication options, internet being one of them. We are currently
looking for consultants/ full time employees who are expert in data
communications and have worked on similiar projects and are very
knowledgable about all the issues including data security, integrity and
encryption. This is a mission critical and strategic project and we are
looking for the very best and competent individuals.
