I'm looking for a mature, FRIENDLY person
to sublet my friend's room for two months:
around August 20th/Sept. 1 thru end of October.

This is a great 2 BR, 2 BA 2nd floor flat, with lots
of windows and views and space. Rent is $512.50/month,
excluding utilities and phone.

I'm a "straight" white male, 33. An actor, now working in
telecommunications. I am fairly outgoing, honest, direct,
responsible, and prone to fits of comedy. Plus I love house music.

If interested please email me with some infor about
yourself.

>>>No typical BS/poseur with attitude-and-nothing-else
LA types need respond.<<< Please include your number so I can call
you and we can then initiate a phone conversation.
