Hi, I have adobe acrobat 5.0 and office2000. I have a "Convert to adobe PDF" icon in Word, but it stopped working. It processes the document but stucks when it comes to the printing stage. A printing folder error is then displayed: "There was an error found when printing the document "Microsoft Word - x.doc" to "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Desktop\*.pdf". Do you want to retry or cancel the job?" Any ideas? Dan.
