(PM) Best way to use PM-2's w/ PRI's for Analog service

We have several PM-2's and a couple of ISPorte Chassis and quad modem cards.

By locating our modem pool in the C.O. of a CLEC, we are getting great pricing
on PRI's.

So, in order to give our "Legacy" modem users and Quake players a way to connect
until ComOS 3.13 is fully functional and working with all of the various modems
out there, perhaps we could install our analog gear down at the CLEC.

What is the best way to break PRI's down into POTS lines?

A Channel Bank?   If so, what do we need to know about them and where is a good
source for them?   Used, but working, of course.
