As Canadians we have to come to grips with the
fact the Gov't is 100% CROOKED! because it's RUN
BY CRIMINALS AND! the fact that "internally" the
Gov't has ALWAYS practised PYCHOLOGICAL
TERRORISM.


Gov't Auditor Friend

My MBA Gov't auditor friend confided in me that
to keep his job he had to PRETEND!!! that the
figures ADD UP and that was decades ago.

And he's STILL PRETENDING in order to keep
his job.

That's CRAZY!

Whenever a new political party in Canada takes
office, THE FIRST THING it says is this: "We saw
THE REAL! FINANCIAL FIGURES and it's WORSE
than we thought."

What financial figures were shown to Canadians
in the first place?

THE PHONY ONES???

Having worked in 22+ Gov't departments during
10+ years doing 75+ temp jobs through 15+ temp
agencies including the Public Service Commission
I've come to the understanding that CIVIL SERVANTS
are TERRORIZED!

How?

In THOSE DEPARTMENTS where CRIMINALITY REIGNS!
NOT ONLY is there a NON-CONSENTING CULTURE OF
SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF WOMEN (well-documented
for decades re: females in the Armed/Police Forces), there
is ALSO a REIGN OF PSYCHOLOGICAL T-E-R-R-O-R by
ensuring that employees canNOT! figure out the WHY? of
DECISIONS.

Some SENATORS! even told me they could NEVER! really
figure out who decisions were made in the Gov't when I was
Senate page.

THIS IS DONE, I feel, ***INTENTIONALLY** in order
to ensure their PSYCHOLOGICAL SUBMISSION and
COMPLIANCE with the SYSTEM on which their livlihood
depends 100%.

This is MEANT to make them feel POWERLESS! and
ENSURE! their docility in my view.

This has been brought out often over the years when
dealing with RCMP **internal** matters, but applies
everywhere else in the Gov't.

The ONLY! place where I worked in the Gov't where
decisions seemed "most of the time" to make sense
was Environmnent Canada and consequently MORALE
*there* was much HIGER! than anywhere else.

The bottom line is this: Canadians canNOT expect
"decent" Gov't from Gov't that is STRUCTURALLY!!!
CROOKED by design.

The GOOD NEWS is that Gov't can be REDESIGNED
to ENSURE! ZERO CORRUPTION: that is what the
ÉPC intends to do.

Victim: MY WIFE
=============
When I was getting PSAC (Union) in on Parliament
Hill in June 1984, my wife replacing someone on
maternity leave in the Psychology Department called
me at the Senate of Canada the first and only time
ever and said that she was involved in *non-consentual*
sex at work.

On Parliament Hill all various forms of sexual
relationships are consentual.

When I realized what she had said, I told her to
go to the Police to lay charges of RAPE and
SEXUAL EXPLOITATION.

At that point, her boss put her against me.

NOT ONLY was she obliged to leave me, her boss,
the Head of the Psychology Department at the
Rehab Centre (who was referring Rehab clients to
his own private practice just down the road and
working at BOTH JOBS at once paid by the Province)
obliged her also to see a psychiatrist WEEKLY who
made a point to ask her TWO KEY QUESTIONS
every time: "Are you seeing her ex-husband? Are
Your children see your ex-husband?"

The Ottawa Police sent their 4-person psyhiatric
mobile unit to my apartment door in April 27th 2005
when "official orders" to have me COMMITTED in
the Royal Ottawa MENTAL FACILITY.

I had to fight with the Ottawa Police to find out
what that was about.

The Ottawa Police Report **FILLED WITH LIES**
came out in **ONE YEAR** LATER! in French as
my complaint regarding the matter was in French.

Ottawa Catholic Church
=================
Rather than encourage my wife to lay charges of
rape and sexual exploitation, she was encouraged
to get an annulment by the Ottawa Catholic Church
because as many as three (3) parish priests at Sacré
Coeur (Sacred Heart), my parish in Sandy Hill down-
town Ottawa, AND Archbishop Gervais REFUSED!!!
to get involved.

Not seeing my three (3) children inspite of a Court
Order and having NO CONTACT with my wife what-
soever, Archbishop Gervais and Auxilliary Bishop
O'Brian (who finally consented to talk to me thanks
to the intervention of the Pro Nuncio) REFUSED!!!
to get involved.

So I anathematized my parish for that.
