Toronto Reference Library Harassment

I've been coming to the Toronto Reference Library
nearly every day since July 20th 2007: spending
MOST of my days there: the staff, security personnel
know me.

I've even participated in several Toronto Reference
Library events.

THE WARNING!! LETTER (Attached below.) that I received
yesterday, January 6th 2009, at 5 p.m. makes reference
to an incident that took place four (4) days and (4) hours
before.

Why did the Library wait four (4) days and (4) hours
to give me the letter when I was in the Library every
day for nearly the whole day every day?

What's going on?

I reacted to THIS January 2nd INCIDENT in my e-mail
to media people and posted to 105 Internet newsgroups
entitled "H-A-R-A-S-S-E-D by TWO! undercover COPS! at
the Toronto Reference Library+the Library did NOTHING!"
says the President/Party Leader of the ÉPC (Égalité
Party of Canada)

THIS WARNING LETTER is clearly a RETALITORY MEASURE
by the Library whose subtext is the THE SYSTEM REIGNS!

It's PURE! UNADULTERATED HARASSMENT meant to
intimidate.

THIS WARNING LETTER was NOT! a perfunctory response
issued immediately. NO! It's dated January the 5th and
given to me on January the 6th. THIS IS PLAYING GAMES.

As far as I'm concerned I was a VICTIM OF POLICE
ENTRAPMENT involving THE FULL PARTICIPATION of
the Toronto Reference Library.

My response to that is THE SYSTEM IS GOING DOWN!

Police State Facism (of which THIS WARNING LETTER is
indicative) is OUTDATED! STUPID.

My political party, the ÉPC, intends to put a STOP! to
Police State Facism in Canada.

2007 incident in which the LIBRARY'S RESPONSE HAD
NOTHING to do with its Rules of Conduct.

The only thing that comes close in its Rules of Conduct
is Article 9.


Artcile 9

Posting notices, distributing circulars or petitions, soliciting
or engaging in any commercial activity on library property
must not be conducted without the written approval of the
Library.

This is STANDARD FARE as in all community centres across
Canada too. You can't use the facilities for commercial use
even if they are NOT! being used.

This is POLICE STATED FACISM.

The ÉPC intends to making BUSINESS CREATION the TOP
PRIORITY OF GOV'T and would allow Canadians to use
library and community centre facilities for commercial use
to individuals to earn some extra money providing tutoring
or giving courses.

The January 2nd Toronto Reference Library involving two (2)!
undercover cops and the Library security staff in a BLATANT!
CASE OF POLICE ENTRAPMENT in my view is the SECOND
INCIDENT of harassment by the Toronto Reference Library.

THE THIRD INCIDENT was handing me THIS WARNING LETTER
four (4)!!! days and four (4) hours later after the incident.

That is SERIOUS! fascist Police State harassment.

THAT KIND OF ***ABUSIVE*** TREATMENT by the Gov't is
UNLAWFUL!!! U-N-A-C-C-E-P-T-A-B-L-E.


Marci McKinnon
============
I met with Marci McKinnon, Toronto Reference Librarian to
whom I was referred regarding THIS WARNING LETTER.

I pointed out the four (4) delay in getting the letter and the
I **personally** considered it harassment by the Toronto
Reference Library.

I asked her if there are intelligence and Police on staff: she
said no.

I asked her about the MONITORING SOFTWARE on ALL! the
PCs. She said no. She right NOW! The MONITORING SOFT-
WARE has been taken off the PCS, but for how long?

As long as I'm there?

Toronto Mayor Miller's Office (416) 397-2489
or Susan Back, author of THIS WARNING LETTER,
(416) 393-7129 and tell them to LEAVE!me, Kenneth
Selin (say'leen), the President/Party Leader of the
ÉPC (Égalité Party of Canada) ALONE. (French:
LAISSEZ-LE TRANQUIL.)

We can END! POLICE STATE FACISM if we take action.


Police ENTRAPMENT
================
The Gov't (the Attoney Generals) don't go after white
collar crime in Canada and Gov't employees don't go
to jail. Canada does NOT! have a police or intellingence
agency that is DESIGNED TO LOOK FOR CRIME IN THE
GOV'T.

The Gov't uses a MULTI-BILLION SECRETIVE! undercover
cop network that uses ENTRAPMENT to put the Poor and
Homeless in jail.

The must classic example is the putting of female under-
cover cops on corners like Girard and Jarvis to attract and
nail johns.


The ÉPC OPPOSES!!! Police Entrapment
==============================
Entrapment by the Police is ILLEGAL because it encourages
crime.

In Canada we have undercover cops including MEXICAN
UNDERCOVER COPS selling drugs and pocketing the $$$
which is what I saw with my TWO EYES in Downtown
Eastside Vancouver .

In Toronto the Police go A STEP FURTHER in my opinion:
they manufacture crack at Seaton House, officially a
shelter for homeless men, which the Toronto Police use
as A FRONT. They provide **various** suppy networks.
like the Chinese, Russian, Jamaican, and probably the
Pakistani. It seems to me that the Chinese and Pakistani
are using their intelligence people to make sure every-
thing goes undetected.

Who goes to jail, the buyers.

This allows the cop to make LOADS OF $$$ while ENSURING
A HIGER CONVICTION RATE every year to KEEP THE BOGUS
JUDICIAL SYSTEM BUSY.

Has Canada become just another CROOKED! LATINO
COUNTRY LIKE MEXICO.

YOU BET! 100%

What is SCARY the US Gov't will SOON! be able to CONTROL
GOV'T CORRUPTION in Canada like it does in the Latino
countries LIKE MEXICO.

There goes our sovereignty, eh?

THE SOLUTION is ONE POLICE FORCE only.

Library
789 Yonge St. on Friday, January 2, 2009 was unacceptable. You have
violated
the Rules of Conduct by disturbing our customers when you spoke loudly
in the
library.

This letter is to warn you that further disregard of the Rules of
Conduct may
result in exclusion from one or more branches of the Toronto Public
Library
and/or suspension of library privileges for up to one year.
