A. 100% CROOKED Gov't
===================
After working 9 years in the Senate of Canada and
over a decade in 20+ Gov't department after having
done 70+ temp jobs through 15+ temp agencies,
I've come to learn the Gov't of Canada is 100%
CROOKED BY DESIGN!

Each Gov't department has ITS *OWN* INTERNAL
MAFIA from what I can tell: NO EXCEPTIONS
ALLOWED!

Worst!

Where there is SERIOUS ABUSE the Public Purse,
there is *automatically* A *NON-CONSENTING*
CULTURE OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF WOMEN:
my wife was a victim. MY FAMILY PAID THE PRICE.
Consequently, I'm asking the Gov't $10,000,000
in DAMAGES!

Worst!

Canada does NOT! have a Police force NOR an
intelligence agency that LOOKS! for crime in the
Gov't.

Consequently, where are ALL! THE CROOKS?

In the Gov't, right?

In fact, it seems that Gov't contracts - federal,
provincial+municipal - are going to Bay Street
Organized crime: the best example are the ALL!
the PPPs (public private partnerships) in my
opinion.


B. BRIBING Gov't Officials: Standard Practice
=================================
It is believed that if you know *how* to BRIBE!
GOV'T EMPLOYEES in places like Pearson Airport
or the Port of Montreal you can SMUGGLE WHATEVER
YOU WANT even BAZOOKAS.

BRIBING WORKS EVERYWHERE: judges, Police,
Workman Compensation Board, Immigration, etc.

It is alleged that 10,000 people have already
come through the backdoor by bribing officials
in External Affairs.


C. Toronto Police Force: Racist
=======================
Looking at it what do you see?

Nearly all WHITE FACE COPS in the world's most
multi-ethnic city.

You know RIGHT AWAY there is something wrong
with this picture.

SOMETHING IS VERY! FISHY.


D. Municipal Gov't of the City of Toronto: Racist
==================================
Looking at the people who work for the City of
Toronto, what do you see?

WHITE FACES like in the Police Force. Yet, Toronto
bills itself as the MOST! MULTI-ETHNIC CITY in the
World.

This *STRONGLY* INDICATES that SOMETHING
is NOT! RIGHT.


E. Toronto City Gov't 100% Crooked
==========================
I've come to learn that every level of Gov't is
100% CROOKED, but this is ESPECIALLY CLEAR
with Toronto.

The City predicts an "alleged" multi-billion BUDGET
SHORTFALL + is NOW CHARGING Torontonians
a $60 vehicle-registration tax, the Mayor's idea.

Yet, ALL SORTS OF CONDOMINIUM TOWERS are
growing like mushrooms contributing MORE+MORE
TAX REVENUE to the City.

So, WHY! the shortfall?

Then, I'm told there is the OUTSOURCING of work
to US companies.

What is that about?

It so happens that Mr. Miller is an American.

Did the US Gov't pay his Harvard University studies+now
he's paying them back?

It COST A LOT OF $$$ to go to Harvard.

Mr. Miller appointed David Soknacki as Toronto's budget
chief: a fishy or legitimate appointment?

Ralph Lean is a know Miller fundraiser: how many
fundraisers does Mr. Miller have? Who are they? What
are their ties to the US Intelligence Community? The
Hells Angels?

The Toronto's police budget is the city's largest single
municipal expenditure+ALWAYS! gets FULL! APPROVAL.

Interestingly, POLICE SPENDING has INCREASED! by
$117 million under Miller's administration with ADDITION
of 450 NEW! officers.

Was this EXTRA SPENDING NECESSARY - really?

Apparently, TOP RANK POLICE STAFFERS get *KICK-
BACKS* from the purchase of things like Police cameras,
tasers, etc.: is this TRUE?

In April 2004, a small number of Toronto Police officers
were charged with aiding the Hells Angels biker gang,
what happened there?

REMEMBER MEL LASTMAN SHAKING HANDS WITH THE
HELLS ANGELS?

What was that about?

What's the SUBTEXT there?

In 2005 Mr. Miller sided with the Toronto Police Association
*AGAINST* the Toronto Police Services Board in OPPOSING
MANDATORY DRUG TESTING of POLICE officers.

Do we have a FULL-BLOWN Toronto Police drug addiction
problem?

I think so from what I can see at Seaton House.


F. Canadian City Police Forces: Criminal Organization
=======================================
When a Canadian *City* cop STARTS! at $70,000+makes
$40,000 in overtime. When Police OVERTIME RATE varies
depending on seniority between $65 to $125 an hour
SOMETHING! is SERIOUSLY! WRONG.

RCMP cop starts at $47,000 and within three (3)
years is up at $73,000+doN'T make all sort of
overtime that City cops do: is this PHONY OVERTIME
in order to put MORE! $$$ in the pockets of the
Police?

It sure looks like it.

Plus, Canadian City Police Forces are in THE HABIT OF
DEMANDNG *UNCONTESTED* BUDGET INCREASES:
this is OUT OF CONTROL *BOLDFACE* GANGSTERISM.

They NEVER want to JUSTIFY their budget to the Public
intimidating members of City Council who wish to ask
about it. They say IT'S NOT! SUBJECT TO DISCUSSION.
NO! PUBLIC DEBATE IS ALLOWED.

That's NOT gangsterism?

I MOST DEFINITELY THINK SO.


G. Toronto Police Extortion
====================
In addtion to their $800 million dollar budget, the Toronto
POLICE raises MORE! $$$ by "commercializing" their services:
wherever there is a construction site or a business moving
furniture onto the street, the Toronto Police Force OBLIGES!
Toronto businesses to pay a FIX CHARGE of $1500 PER COP
for the services of one or more cops.

There is NO! JUSTIFICATION for this.

This is NOT! NECESSARY.

THIS IS EXTORTION!


H. Undercover Cops: OUTDATED! Apparatus
================================
Canada uses a LARGE FORCE of secretive full-time
undercover cops OVERPOLICE! the Poor+Homeless:
perhaps 6000 or MORE!

They're where the Poor+Homeless are: subsidized
housing, SHELTERS, FOOD BANKS, SOUP KITCHENS,
and places like Churches offering FREE food+shelter
to the Poor+Homeless.

They even spill over onto college+university campuses
+othter places like the Toronto Reference Library run
by intelligence people if you ask me.

NOW! it seems the intelligence people are ALSO! doing
THE SAME THING because they have a the SO MUCH
MANPOWER due to THE HUGE! *SECURITY* BUDGET.

Technically speaking, it appears, that the undercover
cops are used by the judiciary to ENSURE! ever higher
conviction rates each year: ITS GOOD FOR BUSINESS.

But is this fair to the taxpayer or to the people who
are set up to go to jail through entrapment used by
undercover cops.

Mental patients, people who did NOT! know they broke
the law+those who committed a crime under compulsion
are sent to jail THOUGH THIS IS ILLEGAL as there is
NO CRIMINAL INTENT or NO CHOICE: the Canadian
judiciary DOESN'T CARE! MORE! people have to go to
jail BY HOOK or BY CROOK because IT'S GOOD FOR
THE SYSTEM.

Undercover cop are A SPECIAL! BREED: EXPERIENCED!
COPS who PROVED THEIR LOYALTY to the Force by
writing BOGUS POLICE DISCLOSURE REPORTS to get
convictions+other illegal things.

They were INITIALLY created to infiltrate organized
crime. Today, they are no longer needed because
organized crime is invisible.

Today, this HUGE NETWORK of undercover cops criss-
cross Canada OPERATING IN TOTAL SECRECY: their
activities go UNMONITORED by the Gov't. This in itself
makes them VERY! DANGEROUS.

The BOTTOM LINE is this: an undercover cop COSTS
A LOT OF $$$ (Because of their seniority, they can
earn MUCH MORE! than the Prime Minister Harper.);
ACT *ILLEGALLY* IN SECRET while IMMUNE TO
PROSECUTION.


Seaton House: Drug Distribution Centre
=============================
I learned in Montreal last year that Seaton House is
has been recognized as a drug distribution centre
in North America FOR A LONG TIME.

In fact, Seaton House is RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE of
Toronto's DRUG DISTRICT: Yonge Street to the West;
Shelbourn Street to the East; Wesley Street to the
North; Queen Street to the South.

It's on George Street: the end of the block at the corner
of George+Dundas there's Filmores lap-dancing club. It's
one (1) street over from Javis where Ryerson University
is.

George Street is a drug emporium: it offers all kinds of
ILLEGAL! drugs including INEXPENSIVE native cigarettes.

How can this be?

They have Police cameras all over the place. Crusiers
come by all the time including cops on bikes. Once in
a while several cop cruiser will be there arresting
somebody: a poor or homeless person who works
the George Street curb in front of Seaton House
selling drugs for petty cash.

These poor guys that get arrested - from what I can
tell - are actually ONLY DECOYS! for what really goes
on: DRUG DISTRIBUTION using guys carrying backpacks
on bikes or guys who go on foot with dufflebags from
Seaton House mainly, but also O'Neil House next door.

There seems to be THREE (3)! drug DISTRIBUTION
NETWORKS: the BIGGEST! the TORONTO POLICE, (They
run Seaton House and O'Neil House.), but there's ALSO
the CHINESE who use the Toronto Police Chinese
undercover cops who are possibly ALSO Chinese
Gov't agents as they come from China. Then, there's
the RUSSIAN, the smallest+most rustic. THEY OPERATE
SIDE BY SIDE. What's the actual arrangement is anyone's
guess?

WHO! ensure that EVERYTHING RUNS SMOOTHLY?

The UNDERCOVER COPS: they are THE KEY to the
whole operation.

Where do they stay?

The MAJORITY live on the 4th Floor as part of the Harm+
Reduction Program where I - myself - was put by the Gov't.

There's ALSO some on the 2nd Floor where the TRANSIENTS
come in at all times.

They SMOKE THEIR CRAC, JOINTS+GET DRUNK+go down
to FILMORES at the corner for lap dances: not everyone,
but some.

The staff treats them like ROYALTY addressing them by
their first name, joking with them, etc.

After being there more than a year, they ask me: "what's
your name again?" I even had staff yell at me, say I was
mental (manic depressive+bipolar, it's right in my Seaton
House file: that's LIBEL.), imagining things when someone
from another room came in and laid down on one of the
beds in my room without checking to see if it was true,
etc. This is ABUSE.

Make no mistake these undercover cops NOT! HOMLESS:
at Seaton House they have tvs, stereos, etc. in their room,
all sorts of clothes+LOTS OF MONEY to go here+there+
everywhere. Many will go to bars+come back drunk.

They have a habit of NOT putting locks on their WELL-
STOCKED! lockers so a homeless person can take
something: THAT'S ENTRAPMENT.

It's awful the way they treat the homeless and refer to
them as "goofs", "piece of shit", etc.

They can be *NASTY*.

The DELIBERATE! TERRORIZING of the Homeless in
shelters across Canada pushes the Homeless onto
the streets. This was confirmed in Montreal when I
was staying at Place d'Acceuil run by Montreal cops+
a few ex-cons.

In fact, the homeless are *actively* discouraged by
the Seaton House staff during the intake interview
from staying there. I saw this+could NOT! believe it.

In my case, I'm NOT allowed in any other shelter, but
Seaton House if I want to stay in Toronto.

The SAD REALITY is that there are THOUSANDS! of
Homeless in Canada who doN'T get welfare because
they doN'T have an address: they get NOTHING! from
the Gov't+that's how the Gov't likes it.

SHAME! on the CROOKS! that run the Gov't.

Prime Minster Harper *must* DISMANTLE this *PERVERSE*
NETWORK OF UNDERCOVER COPS - as soon as possible:
they are NOT! NEEDED+Toronto Police Chief Blair needs to
RESIGN over the Toronto Police extortion+drug distribution
business.


My OWN! Room at Seaton House
========================
Since being at Seaton House July 25th 2007, I've been
sleeping in rooms where there are undercover cops:
this is an invasion of my privacy.

I want my OWN! room.


Canada: an Illusion
==============
The Bloc Québécois holds 45 seats in Parliament because
Canada REFUSES! to respect its DUAL CONSTITUTIONAL
REALITY - THE RULE OF LAW - as expressed by its COAT
OF ARMS of a French Canada (NOT! a French Quebec,
but a French Canada) and an English Canada; Quebec
is readying to declare itself an independent country
ALREADY! *unofficially* recognized around the World.


Plus, Canadian Gov't officials NEVER go to jail because
they are ABOVE! THE RULE OF LAW.

Canada is therefore just a *TEMPORARY* ILLUSION
because it does NOT! RESPECT the Rule of Law: the
judicial+BOGUS! "behind closed door" Police State
apparatus that shut Canadians out is to blame.

To keep Quebec from leaving Canada, the Gov't must
do TWO THINGS.

It must respect its *DUAL* CONSTITUTIONAL REALITY
by making municipal+provincial gov'ts BILINGUAL.

The Gov't must PURGE ITSELF of criminals.

The ÉPC intends to do both.
