After working 9 years in the Senate of Canada and
over a decade in 20+ Gov't department having done
70+ temp jobs through 15+ temp agencies, I can
safely say the Gov't of Canada is 100% CROOKED
where each Gov't department has ITS *OWN* INTERNAL
MAFIA and where the abuse of the Public Purse -
especially the hospitals, External Affairs, Health
Canada, etc. - you will invariably find all the time a
NON-CONSENTING CULTURE OF SEXUAL EXPLOITATION
of women. My wife was a victim: MY FAMILY PAID THE
PRICE. I'm asking the Gov't $10,000,000 in DAMAGES!

An Gov't auditor friend of mine says that to keep his job
in the Gov't, he had to PRETEND the figures added up:
years later he's STILL PRETENDING. How reliable are
Gov't figures?

The Auditor Generals' reports in December suggest that
perhaps as much as 20%+ of tax $$$ go missing due to
a LACK OF FINANCIAL CONTROLS*. Yet, NO! financial

their fiscal year in March - whether it's necessary or

for placeholder jobs just because they have money to SO
MUCH $$$ TO SPEND to reinforce the BIG BROTHER Police

Canadians from criticizing their Gov't creating an *unhealthy*
ENVIRONMENT OF PSYCOLOGICAL FEAR that to enforce
compliance with a 100% CROOKED Gov't.

Canada is a Law+Order Police State that uses a 6000+
secretive full-time undercover cop apparatus to overPolice
the Poor+Homeless in order to ensure ever higher conviction
rates year after year that are *PHONEY* because they
use ENTRAPMENT. This benefits the Police+Judicial System,
but cost Canadian taxpayers dearly: it's BOTH TAXPAYER
ABUSE+FRAUD by the Police+Judicial System. Undercover
cops (often paid MORE than the Prime Minister) are also
on college+unversity campuses+places like the Toronto
Reference Library. Why? In fact, where ever there are
SHELTERS, FOOD BANKS, SOUP KITCHENS, FREE food for
the Poor+Homeless undercover cops+intelligence people

The Employment Insurance plan is TOTALLY DYSFUNCTIONAL
with a NEEDLESS! 2-week waiting period. It grants Canadians
who qualify ONLY! 55% of their previous salary for a short
period of time. What the Gov't is NOT saying is that the Police,
Security Apparatus+Canada's the BIG BROTHER DATA BASE
are involved. This is true also for someone applies for social
assistance (welfare). This INVASION OF PRIVACY that TREATS
CITIZENS AS CRIMINALS is TYPICAL of a Law+Order Police

Community. Plans are already underway to make this
happen once Quebec declares itself an INDEPENDENT

at Cherry Beach: it's A MESS! Grass NOT cut. GREY,
DIRTY UNKEMP BEACH right in the VERY HEART OF
TORONTO. No boardwalk though money was put
aside for one. It is suppose to be a UN award-winning
world-class beach. What happened? THE MAYOR
should RESIGN! because of Cherry Beach - alone.

Toronto POLICE EXTORTION! The budget of the Toronto
Police is $800 million dollars: over 1/3 of the property
tax goes to pay for this. To raise more $$$ the Toronto
Police is "commercializing" their services. (Something the
Montreal Police said they plan to do to in a classic case
of MONKEY SEE MONKEY DO.) Wherever their is a
construction or a business moving funiture onto the
street the Toronto Police Force obliges Toronto businesses
to pay for the services of one or more cops. There is
absolutely NOT! NECESSAY and there is NO BENEFIT
to the businesses that can justify this cost and the
FLAT RATE CHARGED for the services of one City cop
is apparently $1,500! THIS IS EXTORTION. TORONTO
POLICE CHIEF Blair should RESIGN! over this.

It REALLY SEEMS that the Toronto Police are involved in
the manufacture+distribution of CRACK around Seaton
House on George Street, one street over from Jarvis
where Ryerson University is+where I'm under semi-Police.
There seems to be THREE (3)! DRUG DISTRIBUTION
NETWORKS - WORKING SIDE BY SIDE: the Russian, the
Chinese involving Chinese intelligence people+Toronto
Chinese undercover cops+THE BIGGEST is run by the
Toronto Police, themselves, who run Seaton House+uses
their undercover cops there to make sure EVERYTHING
RUNS SMOOTHLY. In front of Seaton House are 12 bikes,
guys are given a backpack+off they go. Neil House, beside
Seaton House, has a guy go out every so often. VERY!
*SCARY* STUFF! In fact, I'm told CRACK HEADS coming
out of jail are offered PRIORITY HOUSING as an ADDED
PERK for delivering drugs. The City of Toronto and the
Toronto Police Force - in my opinion - are CLEARLY 100%
CROOKED! But, hey!

Now, I've been told by an insider friend that drug activity
has been low on the street and some are attributing that
to me being there. It so happens that the psychiatric staff
the last few days are insisting that a talk to a pshychiatrist
if I want to continue to stay there. What NONSENSE! I was
taken at midnight in September 2007 from my bed on the
2nd Floor where the transients are and where I had been
since July 25th 2007 and put on the 4th Floor in the so-called
Harm Reduction Program in a room with undercover cops.
On the floor there are undercover cops all over the place
including a few ODD undercover Police psychiatrists: all this
NEEDLESS NONSENSE at the Canadian taxpayers' expense.
This is NO WAY to spend Canadian taxpayers' $$$.
