This is exactly the reason that WSU has placed modem pools around the
Detroit metro area: to serve our student and faculty who are not within our
local calling area. I honestly wish that I *could* collect a per-call,
per-use-hour fee from UM, CMU, MSU and TACOM for thier personnel's use
of modems that WSU bought and maintains. Then it would be quite easy
for WSU to offer the best.

Hey! He posts from TACOM-EMH1, but claims his e-mail address as OU.
Is this a TACOM complaint of an Oakland complaint?
