Really people.  It seems as if the EMPLOYER does all the tax giving to 
the government.  Hmmm let's see where his money comes from.  It comes 
from a product that he sells to consumers.  Does that mean consumers
own the profits of the EMPLOYER?  Does that mean it is the consumer who
pays FEDERAL TAXES?  In turn the EMPLOYEES income taxes, are paid by the 
consumer. 

Oh as a helpful reminder to all you rocket scientists out there, the IRS 
believes it is the employee who pays income taxes, becasue the employee 
is responsible for his or her income taxes.  Check it out, when an 
employer underpays in taxes, the IRS comes after the employee, not the 
employer.  

Just continue bickering and forget thats what they want you to do...
