What I wonder is what good it will do. Are employers not posting job
opportunities locally because they don't see a newsgroup spelled out
in black and white just for that purpose? If that's the case, then
mi.jobs seems like a reasonable idea.
Otherwise, we have enough distinct newsgroups for the traffic we
generate. Now if someone were kind and resourceful enough to gateway
the more-active Fido regional newsgroups into Usenet...
