MSDOS 5 upgrade to Zenith MSDOS 3.31+

Has anyone tried to upgrade Zenith MSDOS 3.31+ with the MS DOS 5
upgrade kit? We have a Z248 (8 MHZ at clone) that we would like to
try this one if others have been successful at it.
