It appears that DTSPkg.dll is not registered. DTSPkg.dll should be reregistered (using regsvr32.exe c:\mssql7\binn\DSTPkg.dll). Or it's possible that IE 4.01 is not properly installed, reinstall it. -GertD gertd@cohesion-software.com
