Hello all,

I'm soliciting opinions on Microsoft Visual C++  vs. Borland C++
Builder for GUI design and development.  I am partial to Visual C++,
and am attempting to defend it against a C++ Builder "legacy" within
my company.

Which do you prefer and why?
