I'm with Mike on this one. (Hello again Mike, how's the business? - your old mate S.B..) VIP do offer excellent prices on grey imports, and if you're happy with indecipherable manuals, oddball drivers and don't mind getting your hands dirty then VIP are great. However, they are box shifters first and foremost, and personally, I've found their returns department to be alternately half hearted and aggressive. Scan computers in Bolton are a happy compromise for buyers looking for VIP'ish prices, but with some degree of after sales support. They are slightly more expensive, but in my experience offer marginally better after sales support (their attitude is definitely more accomodating).
