If you look at the article thread and its series of replies, it looks
to me like someone other than the OP tossed in half of those totally
irrelevant newsgroups... I changed the list myself, adding one group
that applies and removing one that does not.

If you manage a Subway, then you are obviously biased to think that
your restaurant can do no wrong. Also if perchance you happened to be
a bad manager, then chances would be good that you would keep any
misdeeds to yourself so that your owner might have no idea of the
conditions under which his business was being run other than from
his customers' complaints to him. Subway operates its restaurants
under a franchise arrangement where each owner is independently
responsible for his own restaurants and independently reaps its
benefits. As a result, you cannot expect the conditions that apply
at one group of restaurants (yours for example) to necessarily
describe the conditions which you might expect to find at another
group of restaurants (the OPs Subway for example). This would
also make complaints to www.planetfeedback.com pointless since the
Subway mother company has no control over individual franchises.

If you read the OPs post, I think that you will find that it says
that the overweight person was actually described as being "rather
efficient". As for the blacks in Atlanta, I can only say that you
obviously do not live here. As an Atlanta resident, I can assure you
that it is a completely different world here in Atlanta and I think
that the OPs description of the negative black attitude which we all
must tolerate here is absolutely on the mark.
