I work for a Canadian consumer affairs TV programme. I'd like to hear from sales staff and clerks----from large grocery stores, to department stores to used cars---regarding your biggest issues, gripes, complaints regarding customers. What are your most significant and on-going problems in dealing with consumers? What are the things YOU have to deal with that we, as shoppers are not aware of? Funny stories? Serious complaints? I'd also like to hear from CONSUMERS regarding YOUR biggest gripes, issues etc., regarding sales help. I'm mainly interested in Toronto Ontario region only. PLease contact Charlotte at 416-205-6711 or Jenny at 416-205-6705, or contact us by fax at 416-205-8549. THANKS!!!!!,, ba.consumers
