Canned chunk light tuna seems to vary in quality more than any product I can think of. Sometimes you get nice lovely chunks, sometimes you get a can of grated tuna shavings, and it doesn't matter what brand you try. Oddly enough, I've had the best luck with the absolute cheapest stuff I can find: the house brand tuna at Aldi, 49 cents a can.
