I just thought I'd put out a suggestion to anyone who enjoys canned tuna and is having a hard time with the quality of what they've been getting as of late. You might want to try Tongol Tuna. I don't know exactly how it's different from Albacore or whatever it is that StarKist or Bumble Bee make, but it has, in my opinion, always been reliably tasty and the texture firm and uniform. I buy mine at either Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. Haven't bought any at TJ's for awhile, but I know that Whole Foods has it for .99 a can. Not a bad deal at all. And on the can it says "dolphin safe", although someone once told me that Tongol tuna fish don't swim in the same area of water as dolphins, so it is inheriently safe. Just my opinion... Jen
