A thousand curses on the companies who put tiny little shreds into the can
and have the nerve to call it "chunk" tuna!

Trader Joe's tuna is very good at a reasonable price. Almost a solid chunk.
Used to be better, a good solid hunk every time, but still good. A bit more
flavor than Albacore (good or bad depending on your preference). It's from
the Tongol tuna.

Another thing you can notice about tuna is that the fat and calories on the
nutrition label (and presumably inside the can) vary tremendously during the
year, even for the same brand. Tuna would seem to pack on more fat depending
on where and when they're caught.
