I haven't had any problems with Dining a la Card. But please note that you
MUST use one of the cards you have registered with them, or you don't get
any rebate. Note also that there are some places that are "not automated,"
which means that you must send your receipt in to get credit. I've been with
them for around a year and have racked up about $160 in rebates so far.
(Luckily for me, one of the restaurants on their list is in my apartment
building and I invariably eat there at least once a month.)

On the down side, some of my favorite places, such as Little Bucharest, were
once with Dining a la Card but later dropped out. (Really popular places
have little incentive to participate in the program, I guess.)
