OK...I don't like telling the world that I am totally stupid but...
how does Dining a la Card make any money from this?

Is it that they hope you will not rack up more than $50 a year in
rebates?  Even if they didn't pay out the $50 back to you, they still
would have to cover their fixed operating costs.

What am I missing here guys (and ladies, of course)?
