Typical. he rips the US off for 100M, and gets a.5M fine...
why not just track down his entire family, and strip _all_ of 
them of any wealth, and then let 'em loose in a town where industry
has moved out of?
Now, that would be a good deterrent for corporate assholes and
their bribery.. 

So.... Just why is Neil Bush still breathing, anyway?
