Sure, it'll be in anonymous mail to you, so don't reply. This
individual relayed it from a third party, the name of of don't have,
or so he said.

To reitterate, I don't care one way or the other if the modem is
propriteary or not. So long as the documented feature set is
accessible and works. Already, from the AAAA vs ABAA disparity, ABAA
owners need new manuals according to another post here (routes need
to get added to reach the modem). Apparently due to the way BS has
provisoned the service, 10.0.0.138 is routable thru your gateway, and
it should be LAN. This should be fixable.

You support guys have access to this hardware right? I mean you could
try the documented method of entering the device, fail, then work the
problem for us.
