Hi. I have a Sun 2/170 and want to buy an SCSI-2 controller for it. This controller installes in the kernal as controller sc0 at mbmem ? csr 0x80000 priority 2 disk sd0 at sc0 drive 0 flags 0 device zs2 at mbmem ? csr 0x80800 flags 3 priority 3 device zs3 at mbmem ? csr 0x81000 flags 3 priority 3 The device can appearantly handle 3 drives and two tape drives, and also has 4 serial ports. According to a guy at Sun, the SCSI controller for the Sun 3 will work, if you take off a VME bus addapter. I will buy new from a retailer, if necessary, but used will do just as well.
