I read two magnificent books of Luke Rhineheart,
  the dice man, and WIM.
But although some booksellers have heard of him,
they wouldn't know how to track his books.
On a recent visit to the U.S, I heard that his
  books are no longer published!

Anybody any information on his books (has he
written any other ones?), or on sneaky ways
  to obtain copies of them?
