[..] Of *course* rubber bullets (actually lumps of metal with rubber coating) and tear gas were used in Chicago and Seattle. What I find interesting about the news article quoted above is how easy it is for them to say this is the *first* time such projectiles have been used since the war began, even though there hasn't been another case like it. Veiled threat? You be the judge.
