I've just moved out and am doing the landlord a favor...

2 Bedroom apartment available in Somerville, near McGrath and Broadway. Everything in the place is only two years old (new when I moved in) and is pristine.

Fully carpeted, large living room, and dining room (or 2nd LR),
central AC, dishwasher, garbage disposal, WD hookups, ceiling fan in living room, light dimmers. Big, bright kitchen. Off street parking included.

15 minute bike ride to MIT, walk to T. Rent is $1500

It's a nice place; take a look. Call the realtor at 781-321-6606 and ask for Pat or Domenic. The landlord's name is Mark Febbi..
