Apologies to whose who replied earlier, I went abroad for a work trip
and
couldn't actually show the apt to those who requested it time ago. I'm
reposting this now.

~~~
My roomate is going back to Italy, so I have one room to rent.
The apartment is a two bedrooms, with ample kitchen, extra bedroom
for guests, living room, corridor, storage closet.
Comes completely furnished, with TV, microwave, stereo, washing machine,
free cable tv, toaster, espresso machine, answering machine, even
darts ;-)
Position is great, attached to MIT (check on a map, 254 Windsor St, the
block between Hampshire and Broadway). Rent is $575 per month plus 1/2
utils.
The room is free from September 1, but if you want to start anytime in
August that's fine as well (I'll be in Italy for vacation in that
period).
Better if no smoker. Rental period should be 1 year, short term rentals
please abstain from contacting me.  If you are interested, or want to
know more, the best way to contact me is to send me an email
(massimo@w3.org).
Cheers,
 Massimo
